Many years ago I was sitting in a corporate office and I was suddenly gripped by a feeling that I was in the wrong place. I couldn’t shake the feeling so I starting looking around for something else. I wasn’t even sure what I was looking for but in my search I stumbled on entrepreneurship and specifically pet businesses.

Could I really watch pets for a living?

I was skeptical at first. I mean do people really earn a living playing with animals all day? Plus I was well past 40 years old and hadn’t run my own business before. I had 30 years of experience running organizations and managing people but the thought of starting my own business was still daunting.

I realized though, that I wanted and needed to make a change so I took the leap and never looked back!

Yes I could and you can too!

In less than two years I grew my Pet Sitting and Dog Walking business from nothing to 6 figures annual revenue with 12 employees. There were many challenges but I finally felt like I was in the right place.
